Due to the instantaneous digital fulfillment and real-time public broadcast of your promotional entry upon checkout, contributions and top-ups cannot be refunded or cancelled.
1. Instantaneous Digital Fulfillment
Race to One is owned and operated by RaceToOne Digital (Proprietor: M Meenakshi). When a promotional fuel payment confirms through our payment gateway, your brand name, URL, tagline, and rank appear instantaneously on our live website and are broadcast to all global visitors. Because this promotional value and backlink exposure are rendered immediately, the digital service is considered fully consumed.
2. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions
In the rare event that a network timeout results in a double billing for a single submission, the redundant payment will be automatically refunded through our payment partner back to the original source method within 5–7 business days.
3. Prohibited Submissions
If a participant deliberately submits links to prohibited categories (e.g. gambling, scams, adult material, or phishing), the entry is removed immediately under our safety mandate and the contribution is forfeited without a refund.
