1. Nature of the Service & Legal Entity
Race to One (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”) is a commercial digital promotional directory and advertising showcase owned, operated, and managed by RaceToOne Digital, a sole proprietorship represented by its proprietor M Meenakshi. By participating or contributing fuel, you are purchasing digital advertising space and verified outbound promotional backlink positioning on our website.
Important: Race to One is NOT a lottery, game of chance, wagering platform, gambling system, or speculative investment. No financial prizes, dividends, or monetary yields are provided to participants at any time.
2. Immediate Digital Fulfillment & Strict Non-Refundability
Because your brand, tagline, outbound link, and ranking placement are provisioned instantaneously upon payment confirmation, the digital service is deemed fully delivered at the moment of checkout. Consequently, all fuel contributions and top-ups are strictly final and non-refundable.
3. Tenure and Positioning Disclaimer
Holding the #1 spot or any specific rank is dynamic and subject to organic competition by other verified participants. We do not guarantee a minimum tenure in any specific position, as another entrant may claim the position at any time in accordance with the public rules.
4. Prohibited Content & Right of Unilateral Takedown
We enforce strict compliance with Indian Advertising Standards (ASCI) and IT rules. Submissions linking to illegal gambling, adult content, fraudulent schemes, crypto Ponzi operations, malware, phishing, or hate speech will be terminated immediately. In such cases of deliberate policy breach, associated contributions are forfeited without restitution.
5. Platform Redundancy & Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime on modern cloud rails, Race to One does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation during routine maintenance or payment gateway network latencies.
